CPH Village Østerbro
CPH Village Østerbro is a student housing project where landscape plays a central role in shaping everyday life and social interaction. The outdoor spaces are designed to support both informal meeting points and quieter areas for retreat, while responding carefully to the dense urban context.
The landscape strategy builds on robust planting and simple spatial principles that allow the site to function throughout the year. Trees, paved surfaces and shared outdoor areas create a clear and welcoming framework, balancing durability with a sense of openness and greenery.
A key focus of the project has been successful establishment and long-term performance. Through close collaboration with the client, advisors and contractors, the landscape design was developed and implemented with attention to soil conditions, planting quality and maintenance requirements from the outset.
